More about me...
...I live in the same world as you.
A world that can feel complex, demanding, and at times uncertain, where no one is untouched by the environments we grow up in or the times we live through. And perhaps because of it. I have always been drawn to a quieter truth: It is not only what happens to us that shapes our lives, but how we meet it.

As a person:

I was raised in a loving and supportive family, where I experienced a deep sense of safety, even within a challenging external environment and some heavy expectations that are no longer placed on children today.
From that, I learned something that has stayed with me: Nothing resists love.
With time, I learned to find joy in what is.
In the simplicity of nature, the sun, the rain, the wind.
In shared moments, conversations, laughter, presence.
In movement, stillness, and the rhythm of everyday life.
That way of seeing has helped me to grow and it continues to shape how I live and how I meet life, even in its more difficult moments.
Like everyone, I have faced various challenges and perhaps always will.
Currently I am navigating a difficult life experience which comes with changes, transitions, adjustments, negotiations, emotions and lots more.
It is not always easy.
But I have learned not to focus on what is closing, but on what is opening and in doing so, even difficulty holds the possibility of growth.
To me, this is not about forced positivity, it is about perspective, about focus and what we choose to focus on. About recognising that where we place our attention shapes how we experience our lives and that is a power we all have.
I am someone who seeks both depth and aliveness.
I value movement, nature, exploration and new experiences.
I am equally drawn to quiet moments, reflection, reading and creating.
I am always learning, not as a goal, but as a way of being. This is what I am passionate about. This is what I bring to my life and my work. Not just knowledge or training, but lived experience.
A way of meeting life that is grounded, open and willing to see beyond what appears on the surface, because ultimately, I believe:
A fulfilling life is not found by changing everything around us, but by learning how to meet what is, with clarity, awareness and choice. By connecting to what is true for you regardless.
As a Professional:
My work is driven by a deep and enduring commitment to understanding human experience, not just intellectually, but in the lived, felt reality of people’s lives.
As a trained counsellor, with a First-Class degree in Humanistic Counselling and extensive work experience, I have spent years working closely with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and complex emotional challenges. This work has never felt routine to me, it is something I approach with genuine care, presence, and dedication, it simply aligns with what is true for me.
Through this depth of therapeutic experience, one truth has emerged:
People are not lacking clarity, they are often disconnected from it, causing misalignment.
The Intuitive Living Method™ has emerged from this commitment. It is a body of work shaped through years of practice, continuous learning, and a genuine desire to understand what allows people to move from confusion into clarity. I integrate psychological depth with intuitive intelligence, nervous system awareness and somatic understanding, not as abstract concepts, but as lived processes that directly influence how we think, feel, and make decisions.
What defines me as a professional is not only my training or experience, but the way I engage with this work.
From my heart to yours
