Please read the following policy carefully before booking any sessions or services.

Appointments & Bookings

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or agreed communication channels. Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice may be:

rescheduled to another available date, or
refunded where applicable.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be treated as completed and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Packages & Multi-Session Bookings

Where sessions are purchased as part of a package:

all sessions must be used within an agreed timeframe,
unused sessions are non-transferable,
partial refunds are not typically provided once a package has commenced.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks, downloads and online resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
